I just received my ATEM Mini Extreme, and upon plugging it in, it doesn't seem to work.
The fan spins up, but nothing is output from the HDMI, it isn't recognized by ATEM setup, and none of the lights on the board light up (beyond the two lights which stay steady-on on the ethernet jack).
I'm guessing it's DOA, but, I'm just checking here as I await a reply from Customer Service.
