Ultrastudio HD mini not working on new windows i9 laptop wit

While the Ultrastudio HD Mini I'm using is working fine on other laptops (Mac & Windows 10) on a Thunderbolt 3-port, the device is not even powering up and seems to be not detected on my new laptop (i9-11th gen CPU, RTX 3080 GPU) with Thunderbolt 4-ports. Does anybody have the same experience? Is that a known issue that will be resolved soon in a software/firmware update? Maybe just a configuration setting on my laptop? I've tried a few things, but still: UltraStudio remains dead as a dodo...

I had the same problem with Intel Nuc units (Skull Canyon (NUC6i7KYK) and Hades Canyon (NUC8i7HVK) and turned out to be driver issue and a cable issue (Cheap Thunderbolt Cables) (Power issue with the cables).
I had to update the Thunderbolt drivers then it would work with both Computers.
