atem mini extreme iso does not upgrade to 8.6.2

Hello! My atem mini extreme iso does not upgrade to 8.6.2. I have tried to hold the mic 1 on at startup, but it stops at 70% and then it says that the mixer Is update but it is still 8.6.1.
How can I solve this?

8.6.2 is not an update for the mini Extreme!! It doesnt change anything towards that mixer..

So that is why it reports its up to date with 8.6.1

The update 8.6.2 is geared towards the Constellation which had not have an update for almost a year.. ;)
