We installed the 8.6.2 software in hopes it might resolve an occasional crash issue we've had on recording and live streams since 8.6.

The software install went fine - and we can connect to the ATEM - but when we go to the setup panel, it shows the ATEM software version of 8.6.1 and doesn't prompt us to upgrade. Does 8.6.2 not come with firmware perhaps?

We confirmed the software itself installed is 8.6.2.

It is connected via Ethernet but that says it's supported for upgrades (and pretty sure we've upgraded via Ethernet most all previous updates).

Firmware was only for Constellation and CCU panel. Other improvements were to the software application only.

Do you know if there have been any firmware updates for the ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K since 8.5.3? After loading 8.6.2, ATEM Setup never advances past Connecting....

ATEM Software Control works fine and all other ATEM apps we run are fine also. See this thread for the details viewtopic.php?f=4&t=145009

There never has been ANY update to the 2ME since 7,5

Everything that has become after that the atem just sings along.. But no real firmware update is done in terms of real changes..
