Hi folks,
During a roughly 30 minute recording (in BM Media Express) last night, we experienced some bad video stutter around the 15min mark. At the same time, the audio started skipping oddly. This lasted for a minute or two and then resolved. However, afterwards the audio remained several seconds out of sync with the video.
We're recording an hour long live event tonight and need the system to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's the setup:
2x BMPCC 6Ks -> HDMI to SDI -> ATEM TV Studio HD
ATEM TV Studio HD -> BM UltraDeck 3G Thunderbolt -> M1 Macbook Air (Media Express) -> Samsung T5
Careful looking at the CPU, GPU, RAM and Disk stats indicate no significant bottlenecks on the computer. The screen did blank at one point during the recording for power save, but testing that repeatedly didn't yield any recording issues.
All systems are set to 1080p50. The recording is ProRes 422 HQ.
Has anyone seen anything like this? Are there suggestions for how we can resolve it?
