atem 2m/e switcher and a atem 1m/e panel

hello.. i have a atem 2m/e production switcher and a atem 1m/e production panel.. why can not I use supersource (PIP)??

Update the firmware first.
I just tried on mine and it's possible.

still not working.. i have updated the firmware at switcher and panel and software but he doesn't let me choose the presets..
