atem 2m/e switcher and a atem 1m/e panel

hello.. i have a atem 2m/e production switcher and a atem 1m/e production panel.. why can not I use supersource (PIP)?? i have updated the firmware at switcher and panel and update software but still doesn't appear to my monitor any of presets...
