Web presenter 4K web cam

So when I connect a Sony FX6 to the web presenter , it’s outputting 3840x2160. Web presenter sees it in the little screen perfectly. When I connect it to OBS studio , it sees the web presenter and all. But when I put it to 4K resolution it stays frozen. I then put it as 1080p and it works but never 4K. Is this an obs thing ?

Hi
It seems that the webcam will only work at 1080p, I have tried something similar, when I change the settings to 4K I get an error and no image, reduce the stream output to 1080p and it works fine.

The webcam output resolution is less than 2160p. 1080p is normally inputted from the PC. How can I get a 2160p signal with a program like vmix,obs?
The webcam presenter 4k input signal is 2160p59.94.
vmix pro version is in use.
