Remove DVE from Program Output

PostMon Sep 13, 2021 7:01 pm

Hello Everybody,

I have an ATEM 1 M/E switcher and wondering if there is a way to remove the DVE from the Program output but, have it go out the AUX port.

What if you were to put your program output into back into one of the camera inputs (let’s say input 8). Then apply your dve to input 8 and use your aux bus to send input 8 to wherever you were previously sending program???

what options do you have for routing out the AUX port ?
I believe you can only send inputs directly there.

Aux outs can be inputs plus colors, media players, preview, program, multi view, clean feed 1, clean feed 2 (these are on DSK though and the DVE is on UPK)

then you can use the DVE on preview and output that, and directly cut on program... you'll lose all effects from UPK on program though, yet you can add the DSK to add some luma keyed fixed or animated stuff to it.
