AUDIO ISSUE: Atem TV HD to Decklink Duo

Hello.

I have audio coming from an M32 via XLR into my Atem TV HD. My program out is an SDI to a Decklink duo. That is carrying my audio. There is an a livestream bus from my M32 which is carrying effects. Solo on the M32 sounds great. Headphones on the Atem sound good. The connection to the software through the Decklink sounds flat and low.

How can I address this?

please define "flat and low" with actual dB values.
normal levels should be around -15dB on the vue-meter in the atem sofware

what software are you using? is there eq limiters in the software sounds like thats where your problem is.
