I have configured the Web Presenter with a static internal IP address and set up my router to port forward 9977 (both UDP/TCP) from external IP to the internal IP.
However when I attempt to add the device remotely using the setup utility, I kept getting "No Web Presenter found". When I performed a "telnet {my external IP} 9977" for testing, I was able to establish communication to the device and was able to start/stop live production using the command line. So, I know my router setup is working as configured.
I would prefer to use the Web Presenter Setup utility to control and able to see other related info.
Anyone able to get this working remotely? Am I missing something?
