Atem

We have an Atem 2me studio 4K s/n 2505184 software v 7.2 , and we like to use the talkback to talk to the Blackmagic Studio cameras we have connect to that Atem. In our sistem we have also some Miniursa connected, and studio fiber converter.
I triyed to follow the manual, but the the Master, in the audio page the Master, Talkback and Sidetone controls do not appear, and on the talkbacks connectors we have only a tone nearby 1000hz.
Can you help us?
