My guess is that this is probably an RTMP authentication issue, as various CDNs have different approaches regarding authentication and this has caused problems for people using the ATEM Mini in the past (which has a very similar streaming engine internally to the Web Presenter 4K and HD):

Note that this post from the FFmpeg mailing list suggests that Limelight networks uses their own custom RTMP authentication approach that is different from Adobe-style authentication (which is the most common approach): http://ffmpeg.org/pipermail/ffmpeg-cvsl ... 58791.html
If this is still the case, then it is possible that the Web Presenter does not support the form of authentication that Limelight requires for their incoming RTMP streams.
This post (for a different streaming encoder) also suggests that some tweaks the URL format may be necessary for Limelight as well: https://support.teradek.com/hc/en-us/ar ... t-Networks
If you want to troubleshoot this further, you might try running a packet analyzer like Wireshark on your local network so that you can see what the actual packets are that are being sent from the encoder to the CDN and what responses are coming back. This might help determine whether the problem is with RTMP authentication or some other issue. For example, you could be wasting your time messing around with chunk sizes, if the problem is actually authentication-related.
