My ATEM mini was working. I have not used it for a few months and on startup of the ATEM setup it now crashes. I have tried running it as administrator but it still crashes. I have clean installed the latest software update but it still crashes.
The device manager detects the ATEM mini(using my USB connection) but the ATEM setup crashes while displaying NO ATEM found.
I have tried turning off anti virus and opening the firewall but no change.
I am at a loss as to what to do.
UPDATE: I have traced the problem to IPv6 being turned on in my WiFi adapter properties. If I uncheck it then everything works.
