Web Presenter HD - SDI Monitor out not working

Hi
I have the web presenter HD, everything is working fine even the HDMI monitor out, but i get no output from the SDI monitor out. I use an SDI monitor that works fine with the SDI signal that i also feed into the web presenter.
Anyone has an idea what I could try? something about a mismatch between sdi out and sdi in?

The SDI monitor out never worked for me.

I am now experiencing this as well with mine.
It does not work from the SDI monitor out to my SDI inputs on my production monitor.

You can try looping the SDI monitor out from the web designer back into itself into its SDI input to see if you get the monitor output display showing up in the small LCD screen on the front of the unit.

Did you ever get this working?
