ATEM mini shows only Audio

I'm using ATEM MINI since March 2020. But now I'm facing a problem that when I used the ATEM mini through OBS, its shows only audio not video after 5-10 minutes of LIVE streaming. I checked my wires, they work fine. but when I deactivate the device and again activate it, it works fine but after again few minutes it shows the same problem. would anyone like to help me?
