Hi
In recent weeks a 20 second delay between what the camera is seeing and the streaming image on Media express has started. So a lot more than the normal 2-3 seconds. We use the encoder and stream on a sports analysis software for live sport so causing a few issues. It has been fine for four months and came after a windows update which we have rolled back. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 12.2 and also a couple of previous versions. 12.1 did cut the delay to 9 seconds but then next time was back at 20 seconds. There is nothing else running (no anti virus etc)on the laptop when testing so it's not the sports software as it happens start into media express. We have tried two encoders and another camera. Using another type of encoder it's fine from the camera but the sports software insist on the blackmagic for best experience. Attached Laptop spec.. Anyone had the same or can advise?
