Atem Streaming Bridge Cache/Port forwarding error

Hello guys and girls

i am really disappointed at this moment... I am in trouble with my streaming bridges.

I got 2 bridges and 2 mini extreme isos. I just want to do my personal stream without using zoom or other external services.

As you can imagine both setups are connected via internet. So my first problem ist that the cache is running full over and over again - I run several speed tests on my 1000mbit cable connection they are always fine (Up and Downstream.

So I wanted to test the bridge with another router and used ne Netgear m1 (mobile router) and I wonder why I could not establish a connection to the streaming bridge behind the Netgear router. I always get the port forwarding error. but I forwarded it absolutely correct :))) I tried DMZ and other ports as well without another result.

Maybe someone of you can help me thanks so far

I have the same problem, my port forwarding is set up correctly but it will not connect.

It works fine with 'local network without key' but not using the 'Internet' option. The status shows a mixture of 'port forwarding error' and occasionally 'Visible worldwide'.

I have just got it working with my Virgin Media router.

The Streaming Bridge automatically set itself up with a port forwarding entry using UPnP.

I switched off UPnP and manually entered the details.

I am having a similar issue.

I have 3x Streaming Bridges and can successfully set the port to 1935 but whenever I change this it says it "port forwarding error"

The ports are setup correctly - all 3 devices were working correctly until I upgraded the ATEM software to 9.5

Now I can only ingest one stream :(
