Hello

Input from my Atem mini is glitching at irregular intevals. It happens regardsless of input source (camera, computer). I have changed the input hdmi cables and the output USB cable. No change.

Any advice for troubleshooting or possible fixes?

I have made a video of the glitch, but I can post URLs on this forum? Its on Loom. The video URL is the homepage of Loom, then share, then 684f296647244f5e81a3bcff76075be1

kind regards
Even Halland

Updated the firmware. No change.

BUT I connected my ATEM mini to an (old) laptop gaming PC, and it works without any hickups.

Why is my new desktop computer build for recording and editing video having this problem and not my old gaming laptop? (Both run windows 10).

is the problem also present on another input (2 -4)?
if not, then the fault lies with the camera and not with the mini,
since input 1 (1 + 2 on a extreme) is technically different from the others.

Do you have any more info on the (1+2 on a extreme) being technically different than the other inputs? I read about it at one time but can't track it down.

Thanks,
Tom

Input 1 and 2 have a low latency option you can directly wire to an output as a pass through. I’m finding I’m seeing the same issue. Terrible glitching on input 1 and some on input 2 on an extreme whatever the camera and cable I use.
