Studio 4k Pro camera to Studio HD ATEM
Posted: Fri Jan 07, 2022 4:43 pmHi All! I've got 3 Studio Pro cameras that won't connect to my Television Studio Pro HD ATEM. All other cameras work fine and all set to 1080i 59.97. Any help is appreciated.

Posted: Thu Jan 20, 2022 11:46 pmI'll answer my own question in hopes it helps others. After working with tech support - downgrading software multiple times on the ATEM - what worked was updating the camera software where 1080p option became available.
