Studio 4k Pro camera to Studio HD ATEM

Hi All! I've got 3 Studio Pro cameras that won't connect to my Television Studio Pro HD ATEM. All other cameras work fine and all set to 1080i 59.97. Any help is appreciated.

I'll answer my own question in hopes it helps others. After working with tech support - downgrading software multiple times on the ATEM - what worked was updating the camera software where 1080p option became available.
