ATEM Constellation MADI Sample Rate?

Hi I have a customer (venue) that can send me 96Khz MADI. We tried hooking it up to the Constellation, but it sounds glitchy...like digital noise. I'm wondering if it's a sample rate mismatch? Or maybe a clock issue? Anyone have an idea what the sample rate options are for the Constellation MADI?

Nevermind, I just saw this in the manual:
"MADI channels 1-64 receive digital audio at 24 bit depth with a sampling rate of 48 kHz"

Bummer. Is there an affordable converter to go from 96 to 48 kHz with MADI? I don't know much about it. Maybe there's a way to change the sample rate on the audio side without affecting all the venue's other gear?

For what do U need to send that MADI audio chanels ? Atem have very basic functionality with AUDIO .. Especially there is only one stereo audio output on all outputs ..
