Teranex AV - Update from 6.1 to 7.1.3 not working

G'day All,
Some help please. I have a Teranex AV on Firmware 6.1 and was hoping to update to 7.1.3.
I'm using a macbook pro via USB and have downloaded and installed the latest Teranex Setup program. When I connect to the AV via USB C it says "Your teranex is up to date and ready to use" though it is still on 6.1 FW.

What am I missing?

You are missing nothing! It says it is up to date. ;)

BMD makes updates that run trough the whole Teranex devices range. But update 7.1.3 only has updates for the
Teranex 7.1.3 Update

This software update provides improvements to optimize manufacturing of Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G and Teranex Mini Audio to SDI 12G.


Looking trough all the Teranex updates. 6.1 is the latest mentioning that is has an update for the AV. ;)

We have 3 Teranex AV's that we unplugged and moved them, they no longer power up. We tested the power supplies and all 3 are passing power.

Any ideas?
