Some inputs are not working on 12G 40x40

Hi, I have a brand new out of the box BMD Smart Video Hub 12G 40x40. Latest 7.5 firmware out of the box. After connecting some cameras to the HUB I have noticed issues with inputs. For example I was not able to connect one of the SDI cables to input 2 or input 6, the hub is showing that there is no input. Same SDI cable goes to input 7 and magic happens I have a good signal. Tried to play with other SDI cables, same here, some inputs are just blind or broken?


What could be the reason for such behavior? Dead inputs straight away from the factory? If anyone had similar issues, please help. Thank you in advance!

Id return it. Probably 1 out of 7 pieces I get from BM is DOA.
