Mini Extreme SuperSource chroma pixel shift problem

I have been putting my Extreme ISO through its paces and found an odd video quality issue with SuperSource boxes. Any time a box is scaled down from full screen size, the color data appears to be shifted to the right compared to the luminance data, by a variable amount dependent in some way on the scale factor. Compare these images captured from the ATEM output, each one at full size and then at 0.99 scale:

Do you experience the same problem in your Super Sources? I didn't see anyone else commenting on this, but it seems to be a pretty glaring issue that someone else would have seen. It doesn't matter whether the box content is coming from a live input or a media player.

Same here. I couldn’t find much written about it so I. Contacted Blackmagic’s support and they confirmed this is a bug.

They did not offer an ETA for fixing it though.

In my case this only seems to happen with a computer input and not my main camera so I use the supersource when I don’t have a computer connected and use upstream keys to fake a supersource when I do. It’s almost perfect but the limit of 2 DVEs makes more complicated things impossible.

I hope to see a fix soon.

I am experiencing this same issue today with resized Supersource text content (slide presentation). Has a fix for the reported bug been released or is it a dead issue at BM support?

Nothing new to my knowledge, but I did notice it happens less often now for some reason.

To reliably prevent this from happening though I turn the atem on, wait a bit, then turn it off and on again which seems to fix it. I set it up to happen with a smart plug and a home assistant automation so I don't have to do it manually. Not ideal, but it works.
