ATEM Software Control is minimized at the bottom and wont op

So, I was at a live event last night with my team and as I was dragging the ATEM Software Control window to the side to load in some graphics, it suddenly shot to the bottom of the screen and now when I click on the icon to bring it up full. ...It wont do it.

Ive restarted it several times, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and even did some updates. Nothing works. I think it may be a Windows issue but I cant find anything about this.

Side Note: I jhave nticed recently that when I download something to my desktop I dont see it but it is there...and YES I check the display settings to see if the desktop is extended. HELP!!!

I had this problem once. Connected to dual monitor and there it was on the second monitor. For some reason it didn't move to the single monitor when the second monitor is not connected. Solution was to drag back to first monitor.
