ATEM Mini Pro - sees SSD but will not record

Good afternoon,

I have a new ATEM Mini Pro running the 8.6.1 firmware. (There do not appear to be any more recent versions.) I have a SanDisk Extreme 55AE 1TB SSD that I've formatted as exFat and also tried as HFS+.

With both formats the Mini sees the drive as Drive1 but will not record to it.
Pressing the hardware or software REC button doesn't have any effect.
If the Mini is already on, the disk light is yellow even though the Software Control sees it. If I reboot the Mini then the disk light is green.

I plugged a Samsung 64GB USB 3.1 flash drive in and, after rebooting the Mini, could record to it.

Is there a way to get the Mini to work with the SanDisk Extreme 55AE? If not, is there a known equivalent that will work?

I'm having the exact same issue with a sandisk pro 1TB SSD. works fine everywhere but on atem, sees it but just won't record. Any solution?

Im also using the ATEM extreme ISO same issue.

Hello I was having the same problem...SanDisk Extreme disc..The problem was my USB cable was either too long or not able to transfer fast enough...I was using a 6ft cable too.Try a short cable and see if that works..it did for me..
