Atem Software Control won´t work

Hi,

I have my ATEM MINI propperly installed and working on my workstation, when suddenly, after a few months, the ATEM Software Controll doens open anymore.

The PC is connected with my ATEM MINI, and the switcher is working normally. However, when I try to open the ATEM Software control, the software stats but won´t let me see any settings (the software window won´t open). As you can see in the atteche image, the Window preview remains in blank.

I´ve already apdated the software to version 8.7.1 but the problem is still there.

Can anyone help me?

I've also had situations where the Ethernet connection to the ATEM mini suddenly stops.

If you can, use a USB 3.1 cable with a USB C connector plugged directly into the ATEM mini and reestablish your connection.

You can go back to Ethernet connection and pull the USB C after you reestablish.

I tried with reinstall the ATEM Software, Firstly it start working fine.
But after 6 to 8 hours It back to the old issue.
Why this such problem hapopend?
