Error - Fiber Converter

PostThu Jun 30, 2022 1:35 pm

Hello guys, How are you?
I have a problem with an Ursa G2 Mini.

We installed 3 Ursa G2 with Fiber Converter and Studio Fiber Converte.

One of the cameras does not recognize Fiber Studio on the display.
It sends the information, records it, allows it to be controlled by the Fiber Converter, but the LCD shows a 0% battery message while the other two do not show this information.
Has anyone ever had a problem with this?

I have already reset the factory defaults, downgraded the software and updated again to the latest but the problem persists.
I thought it was a problem with Fiber and Studio, I switched between the 3 cameras and one of them always gives the same error.

I did not know that.
I thought these errors weren't that common.
Thanks for answering.
