I had to do this in a rush a little while ago. I had a few things lying around and I just viewed the stream in a browser full screen and then mirrored the desktop and went from one computer (watching the stream) via HDMI into another computer that had a blackmagic capture box on it. I got pretty good results for an emergency situation. Looking at this after there are not so many ways to do this. Watching it fullscreen on a computer seems to be pretty good.

This isn't a full BMD solution, here are few other ways in case they are available to you.

Wirecast Pro has the ability to pull in a remote stream and then you play that out via a supported video card (like BlackMagic)

The newest TriCaster 'Pro' systems also the same ability to pull in stream though their Network inputs and then use it in a production (or play it out).

You can also use a Teradek Cube Decoder (HDMI or SDI model) and grab the RTSP/RTP stream from Wowza. We have better success with the PushPublish plugin on Wowza and pushing an MPEG2-TS stream to the cube, but the RTSP/RTP feed itself does work.
