Hello,

I am currently going through my kit room and PAT testing all the mains powered electricals, I have a ATEM Constellation HD inside a flight case rack which is failing. I have taken it out of the case as well and it still fails. The constellation is failing on the amount of leakage 0.88 mAmp is this common? or a known issue?

I have tested all the other ATEMs which were all fine just getting stuck this item. It is only a month old so it shouldn't be having any issues.

Please let me know any advice or solutions that would be amazing :D thanks in advance

0.88mA is not much. I've seen 5mA as a pass / no pass limit.

Can depend on the tester and how up to date it is.
The rules were updated in 2020 to allow higher limits up to 5mA, previously it was 0.75 mA for handheld and up to 3.5mA for IT devices so your 0.88 sounds fine to me.
