ATEM Mini Pro "ON AIR" solid red but not streaming

I've been streaming with an ATEAM Mini Pro for 2 years now. A couple of times, I hit the ON AIR button, and it lights up solid red, it also shows ON AIR in the multiview display and shows a normal data rate, but there is nothing on YouTube. Once this happened and I just hit the OFF button and then hit ON AIR again, and it started streaming. This time no luck. I even tried powering everything off and back on again. The ATEM is connected to a network switch. My computer (a Mac Mini) is connected to the same switch and internet is working fine. Software is all updated.
Any ideas on how to fix this are appreciated!
