Atem 4k output not changing

I have a Atem 4k 1 me switcher. It seem like the program outputs are locked to input 1. When I change inputs the monitor changes but the out remains on input 1. This all from the front panel. I can change sources and output using a computer and the control panel. Just not from the front panel on the switcher head. is this something that can be done. I have been told you must use a broadcast panel or a computer.

On the ATEM 4K switchers, the front panel control buttons only change the video source for the Aux outputs.
As others have advised you, to change the Program video output you will need to use the ATEM Software Control application (running on a computer) or some kind of hardware control surface.
It's only some of the newer video switchers like the ATEM Constellation models that have front panel buttons that can change the Program or Preview outputs.
