Black Magic Web Presenters stopped working

I've had two blackmagic web presenters stopped working. The power lights don't come on when plugged in. I see there is some type of fuse in the back AC connector. Anyone know if this the problem? If so what type of fuse does it need?

I had this issue where it stopped working after a month. BMD had to replace the power supply. Searching the forum this has happened to others,
