Have a DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder, rarely will it detect my GoPro.
Setting seem to be the same exactly, only it won't reconnect on a restart until I cycle the GoPro's power a few times. Have seen a few people with this same issue also.
Also noticed when plugging a PC into the Decklink, it detects it as a 1920x1200 60Hz Generic Monitor. Despite the Decklink being set to 1920x1080 60Hz.
Is it possible the HDMI Handshake isn't implemented correctly? Either the Decklink isn't detecting the output source or announcing to the output what it's current resolution is.
Either way it's extraordinarily frustrating, and I have noticed these issues aren't present on either the Elgato HD 60 Pro or the Cam Link Pro. Or the ATEM Mini for that matter. Would love to see a fix on this, as I've noticed people having this problem as far back as 2019.
