ATEM SDI Extreme ISO - Mac don't work on all inputs

I just got an ATEM SDI Extreme ISO and tried hooking up multiple M1 Mac Minis, running them through BM BiDi HDMI to SDI converters, and they will only work on input 4 & 5. If I plug them into any other input there's no image.

Anyone experience this or have any info as to what is happening or can be done to fix this?

I'm also having this issue with 2 Atem Exteme ISO's (HDMI version).

I've tested every input on both direct from laptop (mac and pc) and find the inputs working inconsistently.

Laptop direct HDMI to HDMI as well as Belkin USB C-> HDMI adaptors.

When you plug the laptop into a working port, edid detects and the screen flashes and I get input into the switcher.

With the ports that don't work, no Flash, no EDID.

I can run laptops into a 3G HDMI-> SDI converter into a 20x20 Smart Hub and back out into a converter, 3G SDI-> HDMI into the atem and it works on every port. But this isn't the setup required sometimes and sometimes you need to fix things on the fly and not having inputs behaving correctly can cause alot of stress.

BMP4k Cameras work in every port. Only laptops seems to giving grief.

Any suggestions welcome!
