Hi,
not sure when this started happening however setting the counter on output to time of day isn't working with Software Control version 8.10. Although set to Time of day is still outputs an upwards counter. This is what it was set to prior to changing to time of day.

That's interesting, I wasn't aware that the counter overlay feature (on Output 1) had a Time of Day option.
At least according to the manual and the SDK documentation, the only supported modes for the counter overlay feature are Countup and Countdown (from the configured start time).
Note that there is a Time of Day option for the run mode of the switcher's internal Timecode Generator. But this is a completely different feature that affects the timecode information embedded as ancillary data in the SDI video outputs (SMPTE RP 188). Unlike the Counter feature, this timecode metadata is not represented as an overlay and would not be visible in the video output signal at all (you'd need an SDI timecode reader to be able to extract it).

Fixed the TimeCode sync issue
Settings for Time of Day would not Update automatically.
Mac Mini interfacing the Control software. Changed the Time of day on the computer.
Nothing Changed
Loaded the Constellation GUI
Hit the Menu
Scrolled down to Time of Day
Unchecked "Set Automatically"
Entered the correct time of day.
Hit Save
Everything working
Hope this helps
