Ultimatte 12 HD- Unable to Load/Export/Archive presets

Hello!
We have faced some problem with Ultimatte 12 HD.
When unit is connected to Network infrastructure there is unable to Import/Export/Archive presets from PC.
The device shows message "Preset export failed! File was not saved.

While connected unit locally via ethernet patch cable there is no such problem.
Port 9998 is open on network and there is some data flow between device and PC as Wireshark capture shows.

Our system admins think it may be some application bug.

Do any of you have experienced such issue with Ultimatte 12 HD?

Hi,
I'm trying to establish a connection via port 9998 on Ultimatte HD with Bitfocus but I get no response from the device. Seems to be a similar problem. According to our network specialists, there is also no response from the device.
