ATEM streaming bridge saying "Analyzing your connection"

Hello,

I have the following:
 ATEM Mini Pro
 ATEM Streaming Bridge (it seems to be a wonderful little box)

I tested the streaming from the ATEM Mini Pro to the ATEM Streaming Bridge hooked up to a TV via HDMI port on a Local Aera Network: it works fine.

I followed some videos on YouTube about the ATEM Streaming Bridge to see how to use it over the internet

Here are the steps I did:
1. Configured the ATEM Streaming Bridge to use a fixed local IP address:

2. I created a port forwarding rule for TCP protocol using port 1935 on a Linksys AX3200 Gigabit Router - model E8450

3. I verified the public IP address on the site where the ATEM Streaming Bridge is installed: 50.20.246.134

4. I tested if the port is open: it is open.

5. I put the Worldwide IP 50.20.246.134 manually in the ATEM Streaming Bridge control panel

6. It says the port 1935 is open and working showing the following message: “visible worldwide

7. I generated the file with the streaming settings, including the key

8. I loaded this file in the ATEM Mini Pro to get an output to the ATEM Streaming Bridge over internet.

IT WORKED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES!!
I could see the output on the far-away TV
I turned off the ATEM Mini Pro, cameras, laptops etc....

==================================================

Later, I invited someone to show what I did. I turned on the ATEM Mini Pro and tried to stream again: the stream never goes out.
I connected to the remote ATEM Streaming Bridge and saw the following message: "Analyzing your connection" – what does that mean? (It doesn’t give the message “Port forwarding error” or "visible worldwide" anymore)
I didn’t change any settings.
I click “Retry” button, but nothing changes.

Later, I tried to generate a new key with a new file: same thing. But, to my opinion, that doesn’t matter, because in the step 6, it was saying port is working and I didn’t connect the ATEM Mini Pro yet with the streaming file generated by ATEM Streaming Bridge

The internet speed at the remote location is:
- download: 582 Mbps
- upload: 524 Mbps

=============================================

One last update:
As I am writing this, I come back to the ATEM Streaming Bridge and saw the Worldwide IP is set for 0.0.0.0
I clicked on the “Retry” button: nothing changed.

I typed the WAN IP manually and saved – it still gives the following message: "Analyzing your connection". I saved it.

Please, help!

Thank you.

Does it need UDP as well/instead of?

RTMP - TCP
SRT - UDP

If you're using SRT, use another Port higher up, say 5000-6000, not 1935. Don't know why (I'm no IT expert), but that's what works for us.

Suggest double-checking the Public IP, as unless you've a fixed Public IP, this can change over a day or two, even during the course of a day.
