Hello !
One of my client has a 5950x as his main processor and needs two decklink duo 2s for 8 potential inputs/outputs at the same time.
I've done this setup several times on intel machines and pcie lanes have never been a problem.
But regarding a 5950x with an X570 motherboard, which motherboard should I take ?
Important point: There's a pretty good GPU in the machine as well (which should occupy the first X16 slot), that can probably work in x8
Will a GIGABYTE AM4 X570S AORUS Elite AX be enough ? It seems to have 2 more x4 slots but apprently if you use them both they'll work as x2, I'm confused, will that bottleneck the decklink duos ?
