Hi all,

I am new at this and need to use a newly purchased AMEI. Installed the latest Atem Software Control (8.1) and have the switcher set up. But I can't Rec the camera feeds to the external USB SSD. I am using a Sandisk 1TB SSD which is on the approved list. The DIsk light above the REC button is green but when I pressed the REC button (two seconds or more) nothing happens. Also tried clicking the REC button in the Atem Software Control also doesn't work. The SSD is formatted to ExFAT. Appriciate any help.

Same thing here pretty much. New device will start iso recordings but it only runs a minute before stopping, then I have to unplug the Blackmagic to get the red rec light to turn off.

streaming is working find now with youtube rtmp, but no luck getting iso recordings.
