Weird Horizontal Artifacts on Video

Been searching this forum for a while and have solved a lot of issues thanks to you all, finally had to join because I couldn't find this exact issue.
Other day I shot a video with 3 Blackmagic Studio 4Ks going SDI into ATEM 1 M/E switcher and recorded the program feed in 4K ProRes (29.97fps) by Hyperdeck Studio HD Pro on to the recommended Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSDs...
I didn't see this on the multiview live but when I pulled up the video files there's these very frequent horizontal artifacts that flash mostly on the edges of all the shots]
I've heard of some interlacing issue? Ground or RF interference on the SDI? ATEM bug? Haven't pinpointed it yet though
