Good day all! I'm facing quite an issue here. I love this device, and used it to cover a series of 15 events over the past month with no problems using a variety of SSDs and their original USB 3.1 cables. All of a sudden, during an important gala event, it stopped detecting those SSDs after 2 weeks of not using the ATEM. No light next to Disk wording, no drive detected in ATEM Software Control.
These are Samsung T5, SanDisk and HP SSDs, all of which had been detected and used by the Extreme ISO before. All of them ExFat, and I have also tried formatting one of them to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) with no luck.
Naturally, I have made a RMA request via the retailer (after emailing BMD) and I've just gotten the update that there is nothing wrong with the device. I'll check it once they returned it to me, but now I'm paranoid about it failing on me again with no means of troubleshooting and fixing on the spot if I have to use it on a gig.
Anyone else encountered this issue?
