Hi,
I'm looking for a solution here, if there is one. I got a Blackmagic decklink quad 2 for couple of months, and it was working ok. Yesterday I needed to switch if from one computer to another, so I did, and I also upgraded the firmware to the most recent one, and one port is not working. The port 4 is displayed in Blackmagic Display software, in Resolume Arena and everywhere else, but it's not inputing and neither outputing anything. Does anyone have some similar problem? Is there a fix? Or is something fried... I tried to install another firmware. I tried to restart computer with proper capacitor resets and everything, but still nothing. No signal from the port. I unfortunately don't have access to old PC to try it out yet, because I need the port working for tomorrow night, so I'm looking for help here.
