ATEM 4 M/E Constellation No Webcam?

My ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD is not being recognized by my computer as a Webcam. Can anyone advise?

please use the search function. This topic has been adressed before. Please also open a support ticket, so Blackmagic Design knows that many people discovered the problem.

For anyone still following this topic, I was told yesterday by Blackmagic support that the issue had been fixed. However, I have run the latest update and it made no difference. Still no webcam on an almost $4k capture device.

According to a user experience in the thread I've linked above, the update fixes the webcam output.

Webcam works fine after with version 9.0.1 on all our units and all other reported problems are fixed.
