We are using several Smart Videohub CleanSwitch 12x12. We are switching camera inputs to a single output using RS-422 control. Occasionally the switcher will get out of sync, so that it is one camera switch behind the active camera. Executing a camera switch on the front panel does not clear this up. It still lags behind after that one switch. The only fix is to reboot the switcher, then it happily follows the serial commands sent to it. The control in these systems comes from Crestron processors. Is anyone else seeing similar behavior?
