I have a brand new Extreme. I turned it on once, used it to experiment and learn. I turned it off once (pulled the power - that's the only way right?) and now it won't boot up.
I have a red light on the 'ON' button for MIC 1, the fans at full speed and nothing will work.
Neither the ATEM Software Control App or the ATEM Setup App can connect to the ATEM on either USB ports, or Ethernet.
I have unplugged all the devices (HDMI) and now only have USB and Ethernet connected.
If I put the ATEM in recovery mode then the ATEM Setup App can see the device, BUT only when connected to USB B. Setup App says "Update Required!", so I press update add the progress bar slowly gets to 99% then says "Update Failed!"
Do I need to return the ATEM?
