Can I isolate audio using the Video Output buttons?

Running and recording a live conference using the Extreme ISO, and will be receiving the live house audio from the room for Mic 1, and audio through presentation laptop on HDMI input 4. I need to have the laptop video and audio output on HDMI output 1, without the audio from Mic 1. The Mic 1 audio is only for my recording. Will using the Video Output 4 button select the audio from HDMI 4 only, or will Mic 1 be added to it? Would selecting AFV for HDMI 4 help? Don't need to feed the house sound back to them on our HDMI feed.
