New ATEM Mini Pro - Audio from Rodecaster is not registering

Hello!

I've just built my vlogging setup and am using the ATEM Mini Pro + Rodecaster Pro Setup.

As far as I can see, all connections are correct. The rodecaster is reading our mics fine, however the blackmagic is not. Please see the screenshots.







With line output -- there is nothing being read from the Rodecaster
With mic output -- there is just a low fuzzy noise

Any help would be much appreciated!

In order for your setup to work, you need to make one config change in the Rodecaster (not sure why nobody talks about it). Be default, the rodecaster is set to auto-mute monitor output. This needs to be changed to 'fixed output level' to ensure line-level output is consistent. On my rodecaster, this is under settings > outputs > monitor. My setup was identical except that I use the rodecaster pro 2.

RodecasterPro 2 connected to Atem Mini pro
Line output on software of Atem software Control

And no sound on the video I register !

I switched to 'fixed output level' on the rodecaster. Still no audio from ATEM mic1
