As many users know, it is a good idea and important to install the latest software/firmware on a newly purchased product. New units from the factory often have changes in the software after they have been shipped. While this applies to all products, we have discovered some issues with the internal storage formatting in the Television Studio HD8 ISO as shipped from the factory which were corrected with the release software.

Please download and install the latest software/firmware from the Support section of the website and update your switcher before use. Even if the primary version number looks the same, the actual build may be different.
